Issue-Specific Resources

Several bills were passed during annual legislative sessions that will affect Florida’s municipalities and elected officials. These include business impact, Live Local Act, public encampment and residential building permits.

The League has collected a variety of resources to assist local officials and provide guidance on new rules and regulations. We will continue adding new resources as they become available.
