FLC Leadership is an interactive course that offers elected officials a unique opportunity to enhance their leadership skills through keynote addresses and group problem-solving, all while engaging in meaningful dialogue with fellow local leaders.
FLC Leadership is reserved for graduates of the IEMO I and IEMO II programs and can be repeated, as no two classes will be the same. Eligible elected officials will receive an invitation.
