Program Summary
Local government runs on policies, people, and a fair amount of pressure. An organizational ombuds offers a way to ease that pressure by providing employees with a confidential space to discuss concerns, explore options, and identify patterns long before they become the next crisis on the agenda. This session explores how an ombuds can help city and county teams communicate more effectively, reduce internal friction, and foster a healthier workplace culture.
