Use of Wireless Communications Devices While Driving (Watch)

SB 76 (Simpson) and HB 107 (Toledo) prohibit a person from operating a motor vehicle while using a wireless communication device for the purpose of nonvoice or voice interpersonal communication. The bills would also allow law enforcement officers to issue texting-while-driving citations as a primary action. (Branch)
