International Relations Committee appointments announced.
April 1999
First organizational meeting for International Relations Committee held in Orlando.
June 1999
Orlando Mayor Glenda Hood, chairman of the committee, presides over meeting which works on committee goals and vision statement.
August 1999
Committee meets and approves final draft of mission statement, objectives and strategies.
October 1999
FLC Board of Directors approves mission and vision statements, consulting agreement with Nat M. Turnbull, Jr.
