Did You Know... Oakland

Did you know the Town of Oakland is home to the two most beautiful trees in Orange County? In a contest to find the most beautiful oak trees in Orange County, Oakland scored the top two winners. Incorporated in 1887 and located on the southern shores of Lake Apopka, the town is surrounded by enormous oak trees.
