Did You Know... Cottondale

Did you know the City of Cottondale has been dubbed "Watermelon Alley"?

Cottondale sits at the intersection of two federal highways (U.S. 90 and U.S. 231) and at the intersection of two railroads (Atlanta and St. Andrews Bay Railway and CSX Transportation). The junction of so many major thoroughfares has made the city a popular location for produce stands and led to its "juicy" nickname
.
