The Florida Municipal Attorneys Association (FMAA) is housed in the Office of the General Counsel. The FMAA is comprised of attorneys representing local governments, primarily cities and counties. This association is designed to serve as a conduit of information to local government attorneys in the state and to provide continuing legal education. The association publishes a quarterly newsletter, which includes case law summaries, and holds an annual educational conference typically in July. There is no cost to join the association.
