North Florida - Tom Conley

Tom was born in the Panama Canal Zone and spent his formative years there before moving to Florida in 1980. He graduated from Florida State in 1989 with a B.S. degree in Finance. Shortly after college, Tom became a registered representative for Prudential Insurance Company, marketing insurance and investment products to commercial clients. During this time he received the LUTCF professional designation.
In 1997, Tom joined the Florida League of Cities as our Northern Florida representative. In this capacity, Tom assists members in managing their insurance programs, identifying important issues effecting the financial stability of individual municipalities, and by educating our members on the volatile municipal marketplace. Tom’s main hobby is golf, but he is an accomplished percussionist and enjoys a variety of music influences.
