As Administrator for the Florida Municipal Insurance Trust, the League has a longstanding commitment to provide superior service for its membership.

> Marketing – Licensed league field agents are readily available to review, advise and place coverages.

> Underwriting/Rating and Policy Service – Customized program and placement capabilities are offered to address the changing needs and exposures of public entities. Assistance on implementation of managed care arrangements is provided. Policy pricing, processing and issuance are handled on a territorial team approach.

> Risk Management – Educational seminars and publications such as the quarterly, "RISK REPORTER" and "RISK CONTROL UPDATE," are provided to assist membership in managing risk. The RISK MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE, comprised of professional risk managers from the membership, meets periodically with staff and serves as a valuable forum for the enhancement of services and products.

> Risk Control – A full range of programs are offered to promote safe work environments and loss prevention including the customized System "7", Drug-Free Workplace, Employment Practices and Return to Work Policies.

> Claims Management – Total in-house adjusting for workers compensation, liability, and health claims are provided by municipal claims specialist

> Special Investigations Unit – Develop and implement strategies to fight insurance fraud.
