Application Process

Documents relating to bond issues and loans can be overwhelming. We have made an effort to make the process as efficient as possible. The following documents must be submitted with the Loan Application:
--Financial Reports for the most recent three years
--Current year budget
--Current Five Year Capital Improvement Program
--Bond Official Statement for most recent bond issue
--Engineer’s Report, feasibility study or rate study, 5 years of operating statistics, if water or wastewater utility project
The loan application is simple and self explanatory. As Administrator, the Florida League of Cities will accept the applications and submit to the appropriate parties. We will coordinate and assist in follow ups of any further needed information and questions.
After the application has been approved, you will execute a Loan Agreement, Borrowers Resolution and the Interlocal Agreement.
