The coalition\, referred to as the Be Ready Alliance Coordination fo r Emergencies (BRACE) is responsible for three governmental jurisdictions as the Citizen Corps and Community Response Team \;(CERT) coordinator and is represented at the EOC during emergencies as the lead organization for coordinating volunteers and donations. \n\nBRACE has been recognized t hrough the FEMA Individual and Community Awards Program more frequently th an any other in the country\, with three top awards\, two of which were pr esented at the White House.
