2017 Annual Youth Council Video Competition

The Florida League of Cities is pleased to announce its Sixth Annual Youth Council Video Competition. Our goal is to provide a way for Florida’s youth councils to showcase their ideas, creativity and commitment to their communities by utilizing their talents to promote their city’s 2017 Florida City Government Week recognition program. The 2017 Legislative Final Report is now available online. This publication summarizes key legislation the League tracked this session. Many of the issues that did not pass this year will likely be debated during next year’s session, so be sure to stay engaged in legislative advocacy year-round with your local delegation.
This continual communication is an essential part of the League’s overall lobbying efforts and is key to
building the framework for our success as we prepare for the 2018 legislative session.
